I was in Boracay a few months ago, and for those of you who haven't been there, the place is PACKED with Koreans in huge tour groups.

Being the romantic destination that it is, there were tons of couples (of all nationalities) walking up and down the strip shopping, eating, etc. Of course, nearly 50% of the Korean couples were sporting couple-tees.

A Fillipino guy working at a bar I haunted the whole time there gave me this gem. "Do they do that so if they get split up they can just walk around and point to their shirts, hoping that someone else has seen another person wearing it? 'Cause they damn sure can't ask anyone..."

And for the record, I'll only wear a couple-tee when Korea hands over Dokdo to the Japanese.

On the manpuppy theme,

With the number of Korean guys carrying their gfs Louis Vuitton(real or fake)dong-kabbangs....isn't there such a huge number that you know a good number of them are actually ASKING to carry it??

Wish I'd had my camera yesterday,his/her? bag had a puppy poking its head out.

Puppy love???

I love that final episode of "Father Ted" where Ted sees Dougal as he is.

You guys want to be whipped, by all means, go ahead. I'm with the old school "BLUE" rules;

We've all heard about people having guts or balls. But do you really know the difference between them? In an effort to keep you informed, the definition of each is listed below.

"GUTS" is arriving home late after a night out with the guys, being assaulted by your wife with a broom, and having the guts to say, "are you still cleaning or are you flying somewhere?"

"BALLS" is coming home late after a night out with the guys smelling of perfume and beer, lipstick on your collar, slapping your wife on the ass and having the balls to say, "You're next!"

I hope this clears up any confusion.

saw a couple today who were wearing the same shirt, shorts and flip-flops, seemed to be overkill to me. On my way home saw another couple wearing "He's/She's my boy/girlfriend" shirt, they had arrows but they were pointing the wrong way. To me they just look ridiculous but it seems that the Koreans find them to be the most normal thing in the world.

In the United States, they used to sell matching shirts that said:

I'M WITH STUPID
=======>

and:

I'M WITH STUPID
<=======

How about printing one shirt in English and the other shirt in Korean?
Let's see, now, how would that translate?
How about:

저는 바보와 함께 나갑니다
=======>

It happened with myself and my wife at a recent party, and we apologized about it. We both showed up wearing dark slacks and the same shade of blue cotton shirts.

Our excuse was that had not done laundry in a week and a half, because we are both very lazy people (and whenever one of us feels energetic, the other does their best to discourage it), so each of us had nothing else to wear that day ... and even though it was true, people seemed to believe it.

Sometimes you get lucky.

You could wear ironic couple t-shirts that say "Ironic Couple T-shirt" on them. That may be slightly less emasculating. I'm lucky i won't really have this problem as Korean clothes don't fit me anyways (i'm too tall).

Sometimes i don't understand the couple dynamic here. It's such a man's world in Korea and yet korean boyfriends seem to be wrapped around their girlfriend's pinky that it's turning blue. Or perhaps that's just the impression i get from my Western eyes when i see a man carrying his woman's purse. Terribly emmasculating, but maybe this isn't so in Korea.

I just hope to god that somehow Koreans aren't ahead of the fashion curve on this one and next time i come home i see it everywhere.
