No way is that Koh Samui.
Look at the crowd..not one person there over the age of about 30...backpacker types who notoriously snub big time tourist destinations like Samui in order to go elsewhere and create their own identical thing "yeah but we're not tourists, we're travellers, man!"
I agree with what others wrote about most likely Hat Rin.
I agree about that pic though...no way would I go to that place with that type of crowd...you can almost smell the ringworm growing. |

| That's not Koh Samui. That's Haad Rin Beach, on Koh Phangan. Don't go there - tons of foreigners. The other beaches to the North and West of Koh Phangan are beautiful. Also, Koh Samui isn't too bad. Just don't stay near Chaweng or Lamai. Go to one of the isolated beaches between the two if you want to stay away from the tourists.[/code] |
