| when does seoul immigration open? i think the one i want is in near omokkyo station. gotta go there soon, would like to go in the morning, but can't find out when they open. |

| If this is anything to do with taking a trip out of the country, I have heard that immigration at the airport is much much easier to deal with than regional offices.... |
