| Which of these is your least favorite phrase. All are somewhat related to the WC. |

I don't know. Reds Go Together, probably. Still better than "Again 2002". Why again? Why not something like, say, "Better than 2002"? Or that shirt with ABC. I forget what the letters stand for.
My favourite, though, is "We are twelfth." Does anyone know what's up with that?
anyway, I have nothing really against Korea's World Cup obsession. But if they MUST use English in their slogans, I do wish they could come up with at least ONE that makes any sense at all. |

Exactly, it just takes asking one foreigner the question "Will this make us look silly around English people, or is this good"
I always wonder what people think when they see Koreans out in the thousands spelling 'Corea' |

| They all pretty much get on my nerves. But I'd have to say DaeHanMingook is the worst...especially with that annoying pointing thing they do! What IS that? |

I have a bandana with that on it. It came free with the purchase of my "Let's Go Korea" shirt.
I don't know for sure but I assume it means the fans are like an extra person on the Korean team. |

I've never heard Taeguk Warriors before. Taeguk is Thailand, right? That's kinda strange.
I totally agree with Lizara. All the hype is fine, whatever -- I'm from America, land of piledriving every nice concept into the ground until everyone wants to vomit from it. So I'm used to sensationalization. But man, surely at least someone on the creative teams designing these slogans has a friend who speaks English natively! Can't they just ask?
My students told me about another slogan today: We are the one. I asked for translation in Korean of what it's supposed to mean, and of course "the" is out of place and totally changes the meaning.
Anyway, I voted Dae~~~~~ Han min guk as the most annoying. Anyone walking around chanting the name of their country is a chump, sorry. If I saw someone doing that in the US I'd throw the nearest flammable object at their head. |

Another Konglish reference to the Korean supporters being "the twelfth man". |

| Korean fans have been by far the best in the tournament. Any other teams fans would have got sick of chanting after such a lacklustre display, but the koreans kept plugging away. |
