Hi,
I just bought a new 1river e10 mp3 player but am unable to load music onto it as i don't have a friggin clue how to go about it. I downloaded some tunes from limewire (tsk tsk bad me right?) but i dont know how to move them from limewire onto my player. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! |

| your mp3 files aren't on limewire, they are on your hard drive. What you have to do is find out where you downloaded them on your hard drive and then take those files and put them on your iriver. Now, I'm not familiar with Iriver so I'm not sure if it requires extra software or not (you'll have to follow the links above to find out) but either way, once you know where your files are and you've plugged in your player to your computer, you should be able to easily load the files (through the software or by simply dragging and dropping them onto the player icon in my computer). |

Antrugha, actually with limewire it's simply a matter of downloading whichever song then dragging it once it's downloaded to the playlist in the iriver program....simplicity at it's finest!.
I recommend this little beast for those in the market for a smallish sized mp3 player, it's only 6 gigs and has a very user friendly interface and apparently non of the problems associated with the ipod.
I'm really happy with it so far and all i need to do now is figure out how to get those bittorrent things working then i'll be set! |

are you still having problems loading music on your E10?
I have recently brought an E10, and have found the shuffle function is not very good. what do you think? any hints? |

| Synching iRiver units can be a pain in the arse. My wife has an h10 player which is supposed to be able to synch directly through Windows Media Player 10, but doesn't work properly with it. So, we have to use the iRiver Plus player to synch and update the firmware. It's a huge pain, especially because you have to register to download the program (the download link doesn't even work for me). Try WMP10 and if that doesn't work, go to the iRiver site and see if you need one of their file managers to synch your device. STUPID iRIVERS! |
