| The real question isn't whether he broke the law, but what is he doing with Viagra on the return trip from the Dominican Republic? Was the Viagra purchased there or brought there for medical reasons? Is Limbaugh a sex tourist or did he just bring it along in case he might get lucky? Will any of this matter to the Religious Right? Probably not. |

It just sounds like he wanted to keep it a secret. The perscription was in his physicians name to keep that information from getting out. If I was a public figure I wouldn't want my information out there either. HIPPA wouldn't stop that from being leaked out. It is not like he couldn't go to any doctor and get a prescription anyway. |

I'm no fan of Rush. I'm more of a Howard Stern guy.
But how do you know he's a sex tourist?
Furthermore, if he decides to go to the Dominican Republic or anyplace else to knock himself out a piece, what's it to you, me, or anyone else?
That's his business.
