| I used them for my current school. Had no problems with them, they answered any questions and were prompt in returning inquiries about other issues. Overall not bad.. their are prob worse recruiters out in the market. |

Work'n'play is probably the best recruiter out there. They don't just forget about you after they place you. After they get you a job, they still send you e-mails to invite you out to group gathering and stuff. I also get an e-mail about once a month just to ask how things are going. On top of that, my recruiter is always e-mailing me about jobs that I may like and setting up interviews if I like the offers. They don't send me crap about stupid jobs. Two thumbs up.
I don't know Oksana |

| I got my public school position through WorknPlay. They treated me OK. No complaints. My recruiter was Anne. |

It's Ukrainian (pronounced 'OksAHna', not 'Oksanna' the way Americans tend to pronounce it). |

She spells her name the way I spelt it and she was rude to my friend in their telephone interview. He finally told her to not contact him ever again. |

| Maybe her name is 옥사나? Or, 옥싸나? Or, 옥산아? Or sth. Probably is 옥사우나. |

i don't think these kinds of things should be posted on here unless they are of direct and real importance. not petty biased complaints that might be baseless, and even if completely legit have no real importance on how the world functions in the future.
first of all, if you are posting someone esle's real name, maybe you should post yours as well.
i have talked to her on the phone myself, and didn't find her rude at all. and even while i do find some recruiters rude and undermining of intelligence (especially when you have been here longer than most), I'm not going to defame them unless they truly rip me off or I think people should be warned. Worknplay is one of the few truly legit recruiting companies out there. They have spent a lot of time rethinking typical approaches to recruiting, and their site is nicely designed. They are a step above ES for certain. |

Maybe these people were ripped off and feel that others should be warned? Who knows? |

Thats just the thing,we DON'T know, because nothing specific has been said.
This sort of approach is totally rude in itself. If you're going to bring up someones' name, then make things stick.Or drop it. |

| Just wanted to mention that I got in contact with a woman from Workplay (not Oksana but someone else), and she was very helpful and professional. I really liked her straightforward and honest way of talking, as there was none of that "used car salesperson" vibe going on. Ultimately, I signed a contract with a position through another agency (partly as a result of the information I received from Worknplay, ironically), but that was for reasons beyond the agency's control. And when I e-mailed Worknplay to tell them I was signing the other contract, the lady e-mailed me back and wished me the best of luck in the position. I thought that was very classy. |
