I'd like to get some ideas from any current or past Company English teachers. I'm going to design and run the English program for a company and I was hoping to get some ideas so I don't have to recreate the wheel.

I work for a "company" and we currently use the Market Leader series for our oral Business English classes. The instructors and students all seem reasonably happy with it. I assume you're already familiar with it, but, if not, check it out.

I am currently using "Company to Company" for my Business Writing classes. I am less happy with that, but the other instructors seem to really like the approach.
