Well, when I am rich and buy a big island and name it Laogaiguk-topia, you better believe it will be the most xenophobic. Blond-Swedish girls only (except for me and the few select people based on my complete prejudice of people will be allowed).

How do you plan on keeping the girls there?

Good stuff.

My country (preferably planet) would be a nigh-fascist/commie (is there an interesting difference?) state, yet with very relaxed drugs and sex laws.

Do you want to create a no-visa waiver treaty between the two now? Your residents or my residents can go to eachother's country for up to 90 days without a visa.

The drugs are bound to help keep the blondes local.

Indeed. I've not been to Queensland so can't comment, but I can offer....England, rural northwest England? I guarantee you all, it's the most racist, conservative, xenophobic place on planet Earth. Rural TX, step aside.

I've heard plenty of good things about North Koreans when it comes to foreigners in their midst. It sounds like they're really warming up to seeing foreign visitors. Probably the best you can expect is the "Hello!" reaction X10. But still, not exactly xenophobic in person.

A friend of mine who's been all over the world (including this Korea) said the most xenophobic country he ever visited was by far Austria.

Austria can be heavy, Australia too in some places. But I'd wager only the DPRK can beat south of the border.

Ever been to Russia...

If you think Korea is bad with foreigners...go there and then talk about it.
