I tried the search.... but you guys know how that goes.

Hey women : where's a good place to find a decent bathing suit that will fit? I'm thinking two piece, somewhere between sporty and sexy with enough coverage behind. Absolutley no butt frills allowed.

I'm about a US size 8, and I eye the ones in the dept store near me with trepidation. Where have you had success? (I'm in Bundang, but would go into Seoul.)

Thanks!

I didn't look real closely, but Emart seemed to have a good selection.

My GF bought hers there too. I remember I was sitting there patiently while she was trying to pick one out. The woman who was helping her had this huge rack and was bounding around pulling suits off the wall. One suit required her to bend over my head to reach, in doing so she had to press her huge rack into my face. I've had worse done to me.

My GF narrowed it down to one of two suits. The one that required the saleswoman to shove her rack in my face to get (and I would gather put back) and another one. My GF couldn't decide and asked me to pick. The face-full-of-rack suit to me looked more appealing on my GF. Now I had to make a choice. If I picked the one that genuinely looked nice on her, I wouldn't be treated again to the saleswoman pressing her rack into my face to return the suit to the wall. If I wanted to again experience a large Korean rack in my face, I'd have to settle on my GF bounding around pools and beaches in a less that flattering suit.

I always take the long term view.

OP:
When I went bathing suit shopping, I was a US size 10-12, and I went to Samsung Plaza in Bundang. It was the off-season, and I still found a bathing suit that looked verra verra nice. Happy hunting!

Hi

Has anyone had any luck buying a swim suit recently in the Seoul area?
I am a US 10-12 I guess.
