Never been to one-nor seen one. Also, have read that this is for Korean clientele? I do know that the double barber poles indicating happy places is an urban legend here.

Double polls are indeed happy places. Haven't been in about 3 years, but in the past I was never turned away from them ... only went 3 or 4 times.

Yeah, I suppose if you had a chance to vote twice you'd be happy to know that the general concensus may swing in your favor. However, probability-wise, everyone else would get a second chance, so the vote may turn out the same. The big wrench that would be thrown into the whole thing, though, would be people casting votes for both sides.

Men's bathrooms these days have no shortage of cards for places which seem very happy indeed. The classifieds sections of English newspapers have some relatively brazen ads as well. And anytime you see the word 안마...
