I bought a cooler fan (fan with ice packs) but not sure if I am using it right. It is a Qrio w95,000 from EMart. Went with a Korean friend but the salesguy wasn't sure what was going on. It has a compartment on top that the guy was trying to say the icepacks went into - they didn't fit properly in the space provided but the other models had a side door you fill with water and put the packs in. This one also has a side door for water but it sure the hell doesn't cool that much when you put the icepacks in.

Anyone know anything about it? There is no instruction book.
