I haven't been able to find any recruiters on here.

I heard that many of the colleges and universities hie through recruiters rather than post openly.

Does anyone know of anyway that I can get "on the list"?

Gia Consulting, Longbridge Pacific, Jun Recruiting, and People Recruit are just some of the recruiters that have recently posted ads. Whether or not they would be able to find you a university job is something you should discuss with the recruiter.

Recruiters are worthless unless you want a standard hogwan job in kyeonggi-do.

If you want a job to meet your specific requirements, then do your research and scour every job ad from multiple sites and call around to specific schools to negotiate what you want.

The best way to get a university job is to reply to job ads from the universities themselves, not recruiters. Recruiters will just dump your resume in a database and recruit you for their more urgent jobs.

Stay away from Longbridge Pacific. Fred is a scumbag and they are all grotesque criminals. He encourages teachers to routinely follow Laughing laws for a quick buck for his finders fee! He puts teachers in filthy schools, and they suck.
