I wish to see the Security Laws enforced to the hilt. That means arresting the leaders of these unions and civic groups, arresting and imprisoning those spreading communist propaganda, delegalizing many of these groups and enforcing deligalization of rhe ones already deemed illegal, like some of the student groups for example. And if it has to get violent so be it, crack some commie heads but clean this shit up. |

Politically the Teachers' Union is affiliated to the Democratic Labor Party.
The DLP's vote was about 12% in recent local government elections (and 13% during the 2004 general election).
So whilst it is a minor party and a minority viewpoint, these views do have a modest level of support in some areas.
If their membership didn't agree with the pro-North views of their union leadership - they wouldn't be members and the union would cease to exist.
Personally I feel that the DLP/KTU are both currently moving in a leftward trajectory, but there is little real prospect of either adopting openly communist positions. And it is inaccurate to categorize them as such. |

The only accuracy neeed is on the part of the police when they fire rubber bullets at this bunch of commie 5th columners and aim their battons at their heads. We will have to wait till the GNP gets fulyl in power but thats what I hope happens. |
