I have a 2 week break from teaching, & was looking at going from Korea to either Japan or Mongolia. I tried the 'whypaymore' website recommended in March 2006 on this website, but the link is broken. I tried adding the 'kr' & got a Korean version.

www.whypaymore.co.kr

What are the current budget travel agents / airlines from Korea to Japan or Mongolia. Korean Airlines, Jal?

Zenith,
www.wowcoreatour.com
Bau tour?
Heard bad things about Xanadu.

I should probably book asap. If a return flight is too expensive, I would consider the KTX train to Busan, & the fast hydrofoil / "Beetle" from Busan to Fukuoka. I finish work at 12:10 on Friday 11 th August so I could catch the 1pm train to Seoul & the 2pm KTX from Seoul Stn to Busan, & overnight there. I wanted to see the War Memorial in Busan I missed in a previous Busan visit in June. I could then get a midday or evening 'Beetle' to Fukuoka. I am due back at work on Monday 28 August. I'd be looking at a flight or hydrofoil back to Korea on Saturday 26 August.

Cheers!

the www.whypaymore.co.kr website is the only one available. there is no such thing as www.whypaymore.com and there is no english version. but there's a phone number..search for it on here and you'll find it.

for mongolia, MIAT airlines is what Mongolia uses. try that, its most likely the cheapest.
