Anyone know of a reputable company/website that will ship some much missed goods/groceries/drug store items? I've heard of http://expatexpress.com has anyone used this service?
Thanks much!

I use MyMomExpress.com. She's pretty dependable. I'll rent her out for a reasonable price. But ya gotta hurry--she's 82. |

I'm sorry, but that is an erroneous link. The company doesn't exist. Your credibility on Dave's is now shot and this is a very sad day. |

Though your mom is a generous offer...
I'd feel more comfortable ordering from a company
So... anyone know about a legit website/company to order from? |

The UPS Store (formerly Mailboxes, etc.) will forward anything you have sent to the box (addressed as a suite, so you can get packages sent there) you rent from them for a fee. They are an evil company and I try my best to stay far away from them. |

OK. That's true. And I've stopped looking for my birth certificate to see if Dad's name is on it.
Mom's efficient in most things and a damn fine cookie maker. At her age I forgive the fact that she sends me Ho-Ho's instead of Hostess Cupcakes. She did send two cans of Tamales this last time for my birthday next week. |

That's interesting. Can you sign up for a box from here? |

I've ordered from ExpatExpress several times without issue. They're a legitimate company, and they provide fairly good service. Be warned, though, that if you use their forwarding service, they will add forwarding costs to merchandise costs, pushing the total package value well over the customs limit. You'll probably have to place a phone call or two to get your package through customs and pay import duties.
If you're ordering the merchandise they stock (food, toiletries, etc.), there are no such issues. They jump through all the hoops necessary to get products to you, and they pay any applicable duties. |

That's easy. If you can type (or copy & paste) the address here, someone'll romanize it for you. |
