Has anyone taken any Korean courses anywhere? What would
be a good school to learn a good amount of Korean? I heard Yonsei
is pretty good, but I would like to know more options. I hate not knowing
what people are saying, and also getting ripped off on prices.

No, I don't think anyone here has ever taken a Korean course. If you take one, please write a review here so we all know if it's worth it.

There are loads of part time and full time courses in Seoul. There's a good list of schools on the links section of seoulscene.com

I attended the course at Ewha for 2 semesters - learnt a lot, enjoyed it... would love to keep going but the commuting was killing me (I live about 2 hours from downtown Seoul).

You could also consider language exchange. I and few other mates teach a few hours English for a few hours Korean a week.

Most places are very expensive. However, I did find a class at Onnuri Church on Saturdays from 11-1p.m. You do not have to go to church or be christian to go. The class runs about 6 weeks at a time. The book is about 21,000 won and the class is less than 20,000 won. Get off at Seobingo Subway station. Walk out of the station, go over a small, pedestrian overpass and down some stairs. You will see a few stand with people selling some snacks. There are signs, in Korean, leading you to the church. You go through an apartment complex parking lot to get there. Also, there is another Korean class being held in Bucheon. It is at Onnuri Church, in Sang Dong, near the Home Plus. This class is 21,000 won for the book and 5,000 won for the class. Not many people are signed up for the class so you get a lot of one on one attention. I go to this class, and my teacher is studying at a University to be a Korean teacher, so she knows how to teach well. If you want more info. about this class let me know and I will look up better directions.
