| Could someone please tell me what the hours of the Korean consulate in Fukuoka are I know they take a long lunch hour. |

| Visa processing... I *think* it was 10-12, and then 1:30 to 3:30... I'm quite sure about the afternoon but less so about the morning. |

i think the morning application acceptance is until 11am
you need about 90++ minutes to clear the airport, change money, and get there. Immigration there is painfully slow.
but they dont seem mind late applications. The girl there was quite nice.
