I have a Macbook and I'm using Nespot but the problem is that like every ten minutes I lose the network and I have to run Network Diagnostics to get it back.

It is Nespot, is it my computer I don't know. I called KT to tell them that the internet keeps cutting out on me and all I got as a response was "sorry we don't support Macintosh." I'm at my wits end anyone have any idea or experiencing this problem as well.

What does Network Diagnostics tell you when you run it?

I am not using a MAC but my connection today has been a little bizarre. Nothing major but every now and then I click on one of my favorites and it starts to go there but doesn't and says DONE. But then I go back to my homepage and all is good.

wierd

If they don't support Macs, then wouldn't it be logical just to switch services?

Who would I switch to? I've been told that no wireless internet providers officially support Mac.

yeah, I use KT with my Mac (not wireless, though) and it works. The technician had no idea what to do, though... I had to figure that part out myself... what if you call them again and don't mention the Mac? *shrugs*
