I have a Macbook and I'm using Nespot but the problem is that like every ten minutes I lose the network and I have to run Network Diagnostics to get it back.
It is Nespot, is it my computer I don't know. I called KT to tell them that the internet keeps cutting out on me and all I got as a response was "sorry we don't support Macintosh." I'm at my wits end anyone have any idea or experiencing this problem as well. |

What does Network Diagnostics tell you when you run it? |

I am not using a MAC but my connection today has been a little bizarre. Nothing major but every now and then I click on one of my favorites and it starts to go there but doesn't and says DONE. But then I go back to my homepage and all is good.

If they don't support Macs, then wouldn't it be logical just to switch services? |

Who would I switch to? I've been told that no wireless internet providers officially support Mac. |

yeah, I use KT with my Mac (not wireless, though) and it works. The technician had no idea what to do, though... I had to figure that part out myself... what if you call them again and don't mention the Mac? *shrugs* |
