I'm in the States now and considering buying a PSP while I'm here. The cre unit is running for around $200 on Amazon, which seems like an alright deal. Does anyone know how much the running rate for one in Korea (at Yongsan for example) is though? (I don't want to pay 200 if I can get it for 150 there.) Also, do the PSP games have regions, and, if so, is there any kind of mod that can be added to the PSP to make it region free? |

Buy your PSP in Japan. It was the cheapest in Japan.
I love my psp, I downgraded mine to old version which enables me to play not so legal ISO's. Its great I got about 30 games. All you need is a 2gig mem stick and your set, plus the battery on psp when using a stick lasts forever.
There are no regions to be had on PSP games but there are regions on UMD movies.

If you can get a older PSP your golden. Anything made in 2005 is the stuff you want. |

I have both the very first one (black 1.8?) and the near latest one (white 2.5?).
Can my white be hacked to run homebrew? |
