| I had one, it's expired now: just 5 minutes at the licence centre with your Korean licence. |

You must have been in Korea (had your licence) for more than 3 years. That is what they told me when I applied. |

What if you have had one (a Korean driver's license) but the address has been wrong for the last 2 years?  I didn't notice or think about that until very recently. I guess I need to go pay the fine or whatever and get the address changed and then try to get an international driver's license. |
