Im flying to seoul monday and want to take my ps2, games, digital camera, mp3 player. Im worried about packing them with my main luggage incase they are stolen. should i take them as carry on item? will i be allowed? the travel agent said to pack them with my main luggage, but Im a bit worried. Any advice would be welcome as I have little experience with this sort of thing! |

From what I gather, the new restrictions installed since the Brits foiled the possible terrorist attack means that you can take very little on board.
I very much doubt your stuff will get stolen - make sure you buy travel insurance and a lock for your suitcase. Take a picture of your stuff, with you standing with it, in case it does get stolen. Then you have evidence that you own the stuff and it's gone. In that case, you can ask both the airline and the insurance company for compensation. |

leave some room in your checked suitcase. Before yo ucheck it at the ticket counter, ask the agent. They should know. I would carry it with you if you can. I had a friend whose laptop was stolen from her locked luggage. Also, if you are flying through america, you better get TSA approved locks or they won't let you use them. TSA locks mean that any airport employee can open them (and these are the people you should be worried about stealing). |
