We moved out and left some useful things for the new teacher. Then the hagwon owner went in, and started to throw things out and try to charge us to throw them away. She was even taking the food out of the cupboards, including rice and such. Some of it was the new teacher's food, so I have no idea what she thought she was doing. She was even throwing out a new pack of toilet tissue. Just so she could charge dumping fees. How about letting the new teacher them. "No!" Either we take them, or she dumps them and charges us for it.
So, if anybody wants these things, they're sitting on the side of the road waiting to be picked up. We're in Ilsan, down Romano Pizza road (not its name but a good description), turn right on the little street after the KosaMart, first left. Building 1350-9.
These things are available:
Korean black lacquerwork shelves/drawers x4
Large mirror with black lacquerwork surround
Computer desk, dark brown wood and metal framing
Ironing board and iron
There was a weight set, but it was gone when we came back out, and the next door neighbors have already grabbed the frozen food and food from the refrigerator (except the new teacher's food).
Good luck to you all.

I can't believe that they would make you throw out furniture. HonestlyI bet that new teacher would've liked the stuff |

Furniture, fans, a bedside table, a stereo system, all the cleaning stuff.
And then they were going through the cupboards taking out the food for themselves. Crazy stuff.
