The phrase isn't originally from McDonalds - the 'I'd hit it' campaign was a marketing blunder from a couple of years ago. Someone in the ad agency was apparently not quite clear on the meaning... |

The expression is slang for expressing your desire to have sexual intercourse with another individual. Usually this is said by a member of the male sex in reference to a member of the female sex.
e.g. "oh, look at dat body! I'd give my left nut to hit dat just once!" |
