The phrase isn't originally from McDonalds - the 'I'd hit it' campaign was a marketing blunder from a couple of years ago. Someone in the ad agency was apparently not quite clear on the meaning...

The expression is slang for expressing your desire to have sexual intercourse with another individual. Usually this is said by a member of the male sex in reference to a member of the female sex.

e.g. "oh, look at dat body! I'd give my left nut to hit dat just once!"
