When you're doing cardio in the gym, who gets you through your workout?
For me it's Aerosmith or Led Zeppelin. I just love working out to Kashmir. |

Anything to shut out the rap and hip-hop they play there all the time. I hate Gym Music. |

I have a selection of obscure 90s techno-dance pop music I like to blast at full volume. |

When I run I love surf guitar music. Otherwise I just listen to talk radio. |

Either the Grateful Dead or 50's-60's Blue Note Hard Bop...but of course, those are my favorite kinds of music at any time, regardless of whether I'm working out or not. |
