Sta' Shupa, buddy. I buy it there for salsa fresca and pho van. The store with two names Shinsegae/Star Super has all kinds of wonderfully overpriced import items you can't buy anywhere else.

The Daechi Wallmart has starting selling fresh basil and thyme. My spaghetti sauce is Nobel-worthy now.

Most of the Koreans I know hate cilantro, especially in pho.

I answered my own question tonight. Yes, the shop near What the Book carries ground coriander. A 200g box is W2,000. They also have whole coriander seeds and dried cilantro leaves, among many other spices. Thanks for the tip, everyone!
