Does anyone know where I can buy a bench set and some weights? I went to e-mart, and all they had were 8 kg dumbbells.....

You'll 'outgrow' 70kg quickly. In the mean time, make sure you concentrate on your reps. Think 'within the muscle'. Feel the burn. If you see yourself doing more than 15 reps in a set, buy more plates. |
