I upgraded my computer, and selling my two other computers:

These computers are good enough for downloading and viewing movies, TV shows, etc; word processing; emailing; internet browsing; Skype/other VOIP programs for calling home at low rates; and basic games (but not the newest games.) These are an excellent option for people interested in a budget PC for basic needs.

Both computers have attractive black cases that are less than a year old.

Do a search on Omi.co.kr or danawa.com. You will be able to find computers with higher specs for higher prices, but you will not be able to find anything this cheap.

Both computers come with Windows XP, Norton Antivirus, and MS Office in English. These programs are not licensed. I can load other programs if requested. It is understood by both the seller and the purchaser that these programs have no actual monetary value, other than that of convenience.

I am looking for a computer with a monitor and everything else I would need to use the computer. I don't actually know much about computers, but all I need it for is emailing and downloading movies and music either computer sounds good to me. How much would a whole package be?
