Okay, I've been to Itaewon before but I've never really partaken into the club scene. I'm trying to find a good place to meet some chicks(nationality does not matter). I went out last night but found it either too dead or too loud and obnoxious. Any decent clubs in the area in which to meet women? I will grant a wish to the poster that is most informative.

The International Lutheran Church in Itaewon may be a good place to meet a nice lady.

Cheers,

For W20,000/drink/10 min., I know some fascinating Korean gals that you can have highly intellectual conversations with. Added bonus - the conversations can be had in a very quiet and private corner of the establishment. Laughing

Or you can always give camel's idea a shot... Laughing

Seriously, one of the best places in Itaewon is the gay bars. A lot of straight chicks, both foreign and Korean, go there because they feel "secure" from the daily annoyance of being hit on by morons. Always fun to destroy that theory... Wink

And no, I'm not.

Try Mrs. Palmer. I've heard she's pretty friendly and will be any nationality you want her to be.

When in Korea...

Ms. Palmer's local agent in Seoul is a certain Ms. Son. (get it? get it?)

Gay bars are an excellent place to meet nice straight girls. At least you can engage them in conversation without more easily.

Little off topic but I have only seen bars for gay men in Itaewon. Never seen a club for lesbians.

Judging from almost every reply above, I think it shows just how uniform several users are on this msg board in killing an otherwise legitimate thread topic and shaping it into a "joke," thereby either ruining the discussion or killing it altogether. I think it would be better to live by the notion that, if something either causes you discomfort or otherwise goes against your ideals, it's better to just leave it alone and move to where you are comfortable, rather than "crushing" other people's lifestyles or otherwise ridiculing them through "humor" which has no comedic value much at all.

Wishmaster, sorry I don't have information about social districts at this time, wish I did. You may want to include in your msg, "anyone who does, please PM me."
