So currently I am trying to change jobs. I am in a contract so I know that is going to make things difficult.
How can I get my current visa cancelled without giving a months notice? Could I just try to get fired? If I did that would that prevent me from getting a new visa?
I'm in a bad situation and know for sure that I can't last the year. If I did give a month's notice I'm sure it would lead to the most uncomfortable month ever, and I would probably go crazy.
Any suggestions?

To get your visa cancelled you'll most likely need a Letter of Release, something hogwan directors are absolutely loath to give out. Giving notice may or may not work. You could try giving notice in exchange for a post-dated LOR.
If you try getting fired your boss may or may not be able to screw things up for you at Immi. Being continually sick might be the best way to get fired. |
