| This is one of the sweetest apartments in Gangnam for the price....It comes with a recliner chair, couch, coffee table, tv, wardrobe, bed, bedding, washer dryer, full kitchen, dishes, and anything else you can really think of. It is not a single room, has a seperate bedroom with a large living room. Rent here is 750,000 with 5 million deposit. November 12th would be the move in date as I fly out November 11th, thats a weekend. The location is what makes this place so good it's right behind Kyobo book store about a 10 minute walk from Gangnam station or the Pagoda building. | Just thought I would let you all know that the place isn't an apartment and it's a villa, whatever that means. It's not brand new and isn't old at the same time. There are places to park if you have a motorcycle or car. Most of the people who live in the building are western and there are only a few buildings in the area, so it's not a high traffic area, but still close to any gym you want, any restaurant, or any bar....it's a great place to live |
