When I lived in Boston, I received a series of crank calls, so I went to the police, and they set up this system where I had to keep him on the line for a bit (10 seconds or something), and then after I hung up, I had to call another # so the cops could trace the call. After the guy had called 3 times, the police could get him. Well, the police went over to his house (after the 3rd time), and he made up some BS story that someone had broken into his basement and was placing calls from there. Also had an alibi for the last time he called me (I guess I shouldn't have told him I was tracing the calls the last time he called me). So much for calling the police. You'd think the owner of the phone would at least get a fine, but nope. Nothing came of it. Evil or Very Mad

And Mr. Freely is still nowhere to be found.

Yeah I'm also curious.

i was referring to the shawner suicide incident.

Was there more than one shawner suicide?

I didn't see anything that remotely resembled stalking in that instance beyond people being harangued and accused of being virtual murderers.

Maybe I'm just ignorant.

I heard the opposite in fact, I heard that posters that have since been banned from here stalked Shawner online, bribed his girlfriend in order to blackmail her, and pretty much sent the guy over the edge.

Why so defensive there, friend? Seems like you have a guilty conscience about something, wonder what it could be, hmmm?

Just answer the question. It's not that difficult. Like the OP. If people are going to throw out weak accusations accusing members of this site of various "crimes" one would figure those getting implicated at least deserve the right to defend themselves.

Well, I wasn't around during the time that certain posters drove him to his death, but what I have heard from well-respected posters on here, it seems that they (a certain footie fan amongst others) were well implicated in this man's death, pushing him (literally) to the edge by unleashing constant online attacks on him and his loved ones.

Anyone who rushes to defend the villains here are quite clearly harboring some form of guilt, and I am just curious as to why.

Nothing wrong with being curious, right?
