My wife and I are going to move to Sangbong in December. Hanshin apartments.

Anyone live there? Any opinions?

I don't live there but I go to Sangbong a lot.

Plus:
There's a Costco in the neighbourhood!
Also an emart.
Bus terminal (easy inter-city travel)
2 subway lines in the area (line 7 + KNR line to yongsan)

Minus
Seems to be a lot of yeogwans (probably due to the bus terminal

Seems to be another genric area of Seoul. Not as flash as bundang, but hey they got a costco!

I used to work there. Convenient to Dongdaemun and downtown, fairly close to Children's Grand Park and Achasan for hiking. Pretty far from Itaewon, Hongdae, Kangnam. Yes, there is a Costco and what used to be a Carrefour. The shijang there is large and very cheap. Um, yeah. All in all, not bad but it's no Moran Station.

Well, sure! Nothing compares to wolfing down cheap samgyupsal and soju while breathing in the aroma of the dogmarket and watching ajeossi's fight in the street. Ahhhh...Moran....good times....
