Boneless wrapped boneless chicken with some barbecue sauce on the top and paprika sprinkled over the top broiled in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Brilliant. |

There's something sexy about that statement, "I'm wrapping bacon around my boneless chicken". |

Salmon fillets brushed with dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, lemon pepper, brown sugar and dill. Slow barbequed over real wood charcoal.
Roasted baby potatoes bathed in garlic, salt, pepper, basil and, as my Quebequois friends say, "the oil of extra virgins".
Spinach salad with crumbled bacon, shaved carrots, asian pear, sunflower and sesame seeds, feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, dressed (nearly naked) with balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, honey, fresh basil, salt and pepper.
A modest Australian chardonnay, followed by dark swiss chocolate.
Washed down with Hoegarden (sp?) in a frosted glass. than another.
Average. |

No, what I was thinking was....
"Honey, I'm wrapping bacon around my boneless chicken".
"Oh, you beastly, bacon wrapped, cuckadoodling rooster man!" |
