I ordered some jeans a month ago at JC Penney. They haven't shown up yet despite putting it on airmail. Apparently I have to wait another month before they'll start 'investigating' my claim. Meantime I have no jeans to wear until then.
This is the second time they've mucked up an online order... grrrrrrrrrr. |

Try Eddie Bauer next time or their discount outlet http://www.eddiebaueroutlet.com/
Good selecton and prices. I've ordered 3 times from them and received each one with their regular ups service within a week |

Victoria's Secret is similar to the Eddie Bauer outlet in shipping times and cost. I chose the less expensive shipping option and it was supposed to get here in something like 20 business days. I got it the next week.
They carry a lot of pants, sweaters and tops. |

| I've ordered 3 times from them in the past year, but only once did I have something shipped to Korea. Do you think it could be a UPS or customs problem, maybe? 1 weird thing, though: I placed a fairly large order with them, used a Korean card (Korean card-holder, too), and had it shipped to my mom's to avoid the duty taxes (she then sent it as a gift). They called me to find-out my relationship to the card-holder, etc. I've never had that happen before. Not a standard order, though, so I can see why they wanted to verify it. Do you have a tracking number? |

I ordered jeans from them in July and didn't get them until Sept. because they shipped them via surface mail. Ordered shoes for my wedding from them a couple of nights ago -- not because I wanted to, but because I couldn't find plain white slippers anywhere else online. If that order gets screwed up ... well, at best, both my JCPenney card and the bill will get returned to them in small pieces. |

If it's just small items, like a pair of slippers or a few pair of jeans, why not have a parent or relative or friend buy it and mail it to you?
It'll get here quicker. |

I've always paid for airmail and, prior to the July-September experience, gotten JCPenney orders within two weeks -- little more than the time it would take for them to get somewhere in the States. This time around, I had the order shipped to my fiance's APO address, but even that's no guarantee of timely delivery. ... We're still waiting for nearly $200 worth of stuff from another vendor that shipped out via Priority Mail more than a month ago. |

This isn't related to clothing, but I mostly buy stuff on Amazon MARKETPLACE. "The Twlight Zone (80s) Season I" would've cost me more than $50 brand new, but the same page had the used and new section from individual buyers, and I ended up getting it for $35.
I've gotten everything I've ordered, and if I didn't, the sellers refund my dough. SWEET! |
