My brother is coming up to visit me in december for 2 weeks (yah!) . Unfourantly I'm working during the week.
I'm planning on taking him to the DMZ, namsan tower, the jamsil river cruise. Maybe suwon folk village too. I would also like to take him on KTX somewhere for a day or so. He's planning on
So fellow dave's posters. Anyone got a good city/town to recommend on the KTX routes (he wants to go on one)?
Also ideas for stuff for him to do during the weekday. He's 15 so he's old enough to cope being out on his own for a bit during the day but I be warned I will temp ban anyone who suggests the sex district areas |

I bet he'd enjoy the batting cages and video-game arcades on Insa-dong |

Take him to COEX and drop him off at the game room for a few hours.
Take him to work a day or two (or until he begs you not to do it anymore)
Why not plan some kind of camping trip to Sorak or another mountain? I am sure you can rent the equipment.
Fishing one day (salt or fresh) |

Gyeongju is on the KTX line, or maybe not. Close enough anyway. |

Take him somewhere where he can hook up with a girl his age +/-.
Then he can have a very good time in Korea and also he will have a good tour guide.
Sure, insadong is great but seriously - the guy is 15 of course he will be interested in trying at least to hook up. So throw that in the mix too. |
