I have just recieved a job offer from SLP Daejeon and I was wondering if you could tell me anything about the company in terms of how they treat their teachers, the working conditions and if you have heard ofany problems with them. Also, I was wondering what Daejeon was like in terms of social life and environment. If there is any information you can give me about the school or Daejeon city itself it would be greatly appreciated. I thank you very much for any information you can give as this is my first teaching job and am a little nervous about going half way around the world and finding myself in an uncomfortable situation. |

I worked at SLP my first year here in Korea. Not all that bad, but I kinda thought it was a Mickey Mouse program, with willy nilly changes and a horrible lack of communication.....a fairly standard Korea hagwon. They paid on time and provide teaching materials. Dejeon...seems nice |
