Hello, chilrun. Before I go to bed, I'd like to define the term Neo-Conservatism for you. Why? Many of you have no idea what it actually means. So I figured I'd enlighten you.

Neo-Conservatism is a tricky type of white-magic. You teach in Korea because of this philosophy.

It's a very Christian belief--in a good way. It simply states that every human being wants to live in freedom--no matter their color or religion. And that the spread of freedom will actually lead to world peace--since democratic nations usually don't start wars.

And that's Neo-Conservatism. No more, no less. That's all it is.

South Korea used to be one of the poorest countries in the world about 50 years ago. Now it's a top ten contender.

Democracy didn't come easy. It took over 40 years. Lots of blood was shed.

Now you all get to make a living. Pretty cool, huh?

C'mon otis, it's pretty obvious that you don't know what it means either.

"In a good way" means "in a manwhore hirin', meth-takin' way?" Am I rite?

That's all it is.

And I'm not a neo-conservative.

I believe in the dirt-eater theory. But I don't want to bore you. If you want to know what that means, let me know.

Another belief that is commonly misinterpreted is communism. They don't want a large, monolithic government that oppresses their rights. Actually, Karl Marx believed that writers and intellectuals are just as important as labour. He believed in violent revolution, formed by the withering away of the government to a stateless society.

Or maybe the communists and the neo-cons are all just telling people what they want them to hear so you'll do what they say.

Yeah, but you live in a democratic society because of neo-conservatism. Some white guys--whether Republican or Democrat--said, "Hey, those slanty-eyed brown people are pretty cool in my book. I think they can be successful even though their country has been razed to the ground. Let's give 'em a chance."

Try to beat that optimism with a commie.

Read my post. It's all there.

Neo-conservative just means ol'-time democrat.

Why don't you ask me about the dirt-eater theory?

otis, neo-conservativism didn't really become any kind of political force until around the 70s. So what's it got to do with the Korean war or democracy?

But ok, I'll humour you. What's your dirt-eater theory?
