I'm not sure if anyone can help me here. But thought it was worth a try.....
I was wondering if anyone knows if I can file a complaint from over seas or if someone else can file on my behalf? If not, can I go to any office or do I have to go to the city I lived in?
My ex boss still owes me my severence and never paid my pension, which I am also entitled to. I left Korea 5 months ago. But I am in Asia so it may be worth a quick trip back. So any help anyone can give me would be appreciated.
Thanks

Why didn't you do it while you were still in Korea and why'd you wait 5 months to follow up on it?
The Labor Board might not be so helpful if you've let it go this long. |

| No, you cannot file from overseas and you cannot have someone else do it for you. You have up to 2 years to file a claim.... but i can't seem to find that specifically on their website. |
