I have been saving like crazy and living as frugally as possible but I do not really have a reason to save or anything I need to purchase in the near future.....I am just saving to save....the money is just sitting in the bank.
What are your plans? |

1) Enjoy being here. Don't live frugally to the point of not having fun, especially if you have no serious reason to save money (oustanding debt, etc).
2) It seems I'm one of the few people who aren't here paying off credit card or school debt. Personally I'm still saving quite a bit, around 1.8M a month. I'm putting it into a 5.2% APY savings account, and will continue doing so for awhile. When its a good time to just into a real estate investment, I'll do so and probably rent it out. |

Where did you find a savings account with an interest rate that high? |

You don't have to worry about the po-po kickin in your door. The first time I saw a group of police officers here, I thought, "Wow, I didn't know that high school kids work as crossing guards." |
