Try Ttukseom Resort, close to Konkuk University. I go there a lot. I see a couple dozen paddle boats not being used. I figure you could rent them. But maybe it's not your idea of a boat.
You can also rent bicycles there, about 2000 won an hour.
Or, there's always Yeouido. |
