Hello,

Where are the gyms in Seoul located? I know, I know, it's kinda vague, but maybe this helps. I will be staying near the Jonggak (132) subway line in Seoul.

Where is the nearest work out place? How much will it cost to work out for just one day? Looking for a gym with a cardio bike, treadmill and weights.

Thanks everyone!

There's always one or 2 around every area. All gyms have those equipments so you shouldn't have a problem but space is the major factor since most are owned by these mom/pop places. They should run you about 40k per month to 100k for 3 months but places charge differently depending on location. look for places with the sign 핼스

If you are staying in the Jongak area (where? not sure if there is any housing like apts in that area) you can walk to California Fitness in Myeong-dong, best health club in Korea, you will pay for it but its a better value than 90% of the gyms out there

best facillities of any place except maybe the 5 star hotels period. equipment is first rate all imported from the US, everything is well maintained, lots of different types of machines for weights and cardio, all sorts of classes, locker rooms where you are not given a postage stamp towel to take a shower with, indivdual shower stalls with soap and shampoo.

also some of best looking people in korea work out there including tons of foreigners.

Now if they would open a location near Hongik I'd be very happy, myeong-dong is a bit of a ride on the subway

Hello,

How much is it for one day (California Fitness in Myeong-dong)? I'm just here for the weekend and I wanna just pay for a one time use.

How about other places?

Thanks,
