|
|
Hi! Im looking for someone to take over my studio apartment which is leased until the 13th February next year. The one-room is located in Seocho-dong (across from Seoul National University of Education and a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from Kangnam). The apartment is located in a very quiet area (no traffic noise or noisy vegetable trucks). Kyodae subway station (Lines 2 and 3) is a 10 minute walk away. There is a supermarket conveniently located at the end of the street as well as a bus that goes directly to Hannam Supermarket (15 minute trip).
The apartment was recently renovated and has a large built in wardrobe and a new kitchen and bathroom. The apartment comes with a fridge, washing machine, air-conditioner and gas range.
The building manager speaks good English and is quick to make any repairs that may arise.
The rent is paid up to the 13th February (when the lease expires). Rent is W330,000 per month (including maintenance fee) and NO DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. When the lease expires you can choose to sign a new lease or move out.
For more information contact me (Kate) on 010 7217 1905 or e-mail [email protected] for more information.

The lease ends in February, does that mean that you are leaving in Feb, or that the person who moves in must leave in Feb. If its the former, I just may be interested. |

Wuzza, sorry the wall art isn't for sale. I bought the pictures from Kim's Club (Express Bus Terminal) a few months ago. Haven't looked lately but they may still stock the prints.
Pyongshin Sangja, yes, it's pretty clean. Must be my OCD
Demonicat, the lease ends in February but I'm looking to move ASAP. After re-reading the ad this afternoon I realised I hadn't made it very clear what the availability date is. Sorry for any confusion.
Cheers,

No deposit? How'd you swing that?
Any other units available in the building? |

We're pretty lucky. There are five foreign English teachers in the building and we all get the no key money deal while the Koreans in the building have to pay quite a hefty deposit, and the same amount of monthly rent we pay. The owner of the building thinks we don't have the same access to key money that the locals do - and in general he likes foreigners.
I'm not aware of any other units being available at the moment but if anyone is interested, PM for the building manager's contact info. His English is quite good, also. |
