I've been waiting 11 months to get this band to come to my bar!!
The first night we opened back in January a couple of girls were adamant about us getting Sun Radio to come in and play. They've bothered me about it a lot since. Thank God they can finally see them!
It must be tough being a Rock Star.
Can't wait for the Party Saturday.
Hope to see you all there.

Our flier says 8 p.m. We know that's a bit early. There will be a little acoustic set around 8:30 to 9. Some cool tunes spinning and then SunRadio about 10 til ???? We have a HUGE setlist (and only one cover so far)...

That's Chollanamm do Gwangju....

Thanks Tiger Beer. Our next show is at Club Drug aka DBGB ( I think I got that aka right) on Dec. 1 in Hongdae. That's the ROKON magazine party with a bunch of bands. I'll try to post a flier here soon.

Never understood why those boys like to flame us so much. Headlines: Defunct Itaewon cover band now living in North America still hates Hongdae rock band for trying to make a go with original songs!

Somebody send this to the Onion.

Offtopic though, Mr.Speakeasy, when is The Harold's band playing again? His band rocks.

Hey Sun Radio. Knock them out tonight. Wishing I could be there to see you guys play, but I myself have to play in Seoul. Will try and catch you in Dec. back in the Killbox. Have fun!

Just in case anyone who was at the Speakeasy happens back onto this mostly negative thread, SunRadio just wants to say "THANK YA'LL! for a great weekend"

Dave and Mike, You guys are the best hosts a band could ever hope for. Your hospitality was awesome, and the wicked crowd rivaled any we've ever had in Seoul for having a throw down boogie woogie good time. Your staff was amazingly kind and Derek did a great job with everything, especially plying us with alcohol, God bless his Irish soul. (He is Irish isn't he? Didn't ask but he sounded it!)

If any bands see this message.. book your butts into this bar. You will have one of the worst hangovers of your life the next morning but you will have one of the best times of your life the night before.
