Is there a hookah/sheesha bar in Busan?
If so, where? |

Walking through Kyungsung this evening someone handed me a flyer for a new cafe/bar. Called Ayuta, and lists hookah-shisha, chai, lassi, tandoori chicken and Kingfisher beer on the flyer.
No idea of prices. The photos show it to be traditionally decked out: candles, floor cushions, lanterns and tapestries on the walls.
From Kyungsung subway (exit 3), turn back on yourself and walk down towards Pukyoung University. You'll pass Missha etc on the left. Turn left when you reach a SK Telecom shop on the left, it should be on the right on the 3rd floor near or above Foxy

The smoke from hookahs is just as bad as smoke from a pipe, cigar opr cigarette. Smoking is soooooooooooo gross!!! How can anyone find anyone who smokes attractive? Even if they are attractive, once they smoke...yuck!!! bye-bye! Yellow fingers are gross. Smoker's breath is gross. Smoke scented hair and clothes are gross! |

The mindless chatter of Paris wafts me by as I perch on a chair outside a little cafe on the rue de la harpe in the latin quarter. A beautiful young biscuit of a thing with legs that extend to Jupiter sits next to me reading a copy of Le Monde.
What would this scene be like sans tobacco, a small glass of cognac and a coffee of some incarnation?
Dammit madamme, what is life without vice? Coffee, alchohol and tobacco are the three main food groups. Jean Reno, Audrey Hepburn, David Niven, Clark Gable, Pierce Brosnan, they all smoked, they all drank. Life without a little indulgence is a passionless and unforgiving existence that should be confined to type-A dullards and the Germans.
Adieu!

Indeed, even I find the smell off day old smoke on my clothes repulsive. However, that is why I wash!
I also find that smoking one of these is not quite so bad when in comparison to the acrid effluvium of cheap cigarettes.

I didn't make it to the hookah bar in Busan, too many other things were going on. Thanks to everyone for the recommendations. And Princess, hookah smoke smells and tastes nothing like cigarettes or cigars. |
