My title didn't fit.
I'm looking to have a group of about 20-25 people get together in the Shinchon or Hongdae area for language exchange, etc.
Does anyone know a good, inexpensive (free or otherwise) place to get people together where we can sit down and talk? |

no I don't but I thought it was a nice idea for people in Seoul so I'm bumping your post. If you get a regular one going I'll be moving up there in about March next year so PM if it's still going then. =) |

Jenny's cafe. Right by Hongik Uni. Another spacious place. |

You could try Bulldog Bar in Hongdae next to Starbucks on the road that goes up to Hongik University. It's down some stairs but the interior is fairly spacious down there, especially if you get there around 7/8pm before it gets too busy.
I'm curious about your group language exchange. How does that work? |

Thanks for all the great suggestions..
As for the language exchange, there's not much to report until I can get it up and running.
Fortunately, there are quite a few people native English speakers and Koreans who've really expressed alot of interest so I really want to get it going.
If anyone's interested in meeting some people in Hongdae this weekend, I'll be meeting up with these people here:
Meet up in Hongdae
for drinks and chitchat and we'll talking about it some more. |

I'm not sure what it is but I like the sound of it anyhow and as I'm new to the area I'd love the chance to meet new people! Will be there!!
