Hey all,
Me and my girlfriend wired our money to Zenith Travel back in October for flights to Thailand this December. We have had confirmation that they have received our money, however we are still waiting on our e-tickets. I've contacted them a couple of times and they say:
"We would like to issue the ticket as early as possible But Thai Airways
does not supply the special group jointed fare..."
Is it normal for Thai Airways to hold back their tickets so late? It's the 6th and we fly on the 23rd?
Should I be worried?
Cheers. |

2 ideas....
Are you sure you aren't waitlisted? Koreans use a bunch of wierd terms to mean you are on a waitlist. I would check that first with the travel agency. Ask if you have "confirmed seats." They usually know waht this means.
Contact Thai Air and see if they have you listed for a reservation. Some airlines letyou do this on theri website. If Thai Airways doesn't knwo you have paid for a ticket, I would be worried. |

| Don't worry! I've used Zenith travel often, and you'll have your tickets on time! I've always gotten paper tickets, though. It might be a good idea to send them your address in Korean and English. |
