This is the woman who articulated one of the most biting criticisms against Carter. Casey (and many others) considered her brilliant. He tried to groom her to run her for president in 1988...

I do not see Satan ever moderating his government. Strongly suggest his is a totalitaian state, then.
Therefore she would not ally with but rather against him...  |

Yeah, this guy getting eaten alive by the giant bird wouldn't seem to have much hope of seeing "eternal damnation with a human face" anytime soon...
However, the free-form flute section to the left of the bird might suggest a degree of artistic autonomy not normally found in classical totalitarianism. |
