Selling a 2 month old PS2 slim, with 1 controller, memory card, and 3 games: Resident Evil 4, NBA Live 06, and EA Sports Fight Night Round 2. Im asking 200,000 Won obo, which is at least 170,000 less than the original price. Im in Beomgye, Seoul. I am selling it for a friend who didn't stick around in Korea for very long. |

Just some friendly advice. With all the new consoles released, you're going to find that demand for PS2s will be pretty low right now. I'd drop the price if you really want to sell it. Or keep it for yourself. |

For everything, I would like to offer 80,000 won for it. |

regardless of what people say ps2's are still in good demand, that is until ps3's are a little more affordable or the ps3 system becomes universal in the sense that you can play games that you buy from anywhere without a chip. That, afterall, is the primary reason why I wont buy a new console in korea.
Anyway, to give you and idea of the current prices for used ps2 systems, the regular ps2's can be sold for about a 100k, however, the slim ones can be had for about 130k. So, if you are keen on selling it you should lower your price a little.

off topic i know, but ps3's aren't region coded (or at least they weren't supposed to be the last time i cared enough to check). |

A PS 2 will still be "In" for a few more years, with the preice of PS3 being so high and having features that many may not want = Bluray...
Plus with the amount of PS2 games on the market and the titles still coming out for it there will still be demand for new and used PS2s - especially if they are modded / chipped. |
